Weight Loss For Beginners
In my last post here Move Your Body to Lose Weight, I looked at how important it is to get your body moving in order to begin the process of not just losing weight, but also getting healthy in the bargain. You see, its no good just giving up a load of food and expecting to lose weight and keep it off if your body is not fit and healthy enough to maintain that level of weight. You gotta move, as the song says. Here in this post I'm gonna be a little less specific now and sort of ramble where mt thoughts take me on the subject of easy weight loss. What I have is quite relative to easy weight loss. This is the bottom line about how to lose weight and who people believe may have had it because good diet are getting more popular today than ever. I do suspect that I would not like to talk some more on the subject. I was out walking the poop maker 2000. He makes more poop than the old model. Mostly cause he is bigger now, but nevermind that, Neil Diamond is a poop maker. Anyway, I saw a big old utility type truck right out side my building, i mean directly in front of it, and it was jacked up on those lift type things i think they use for i don't know do be honest, but it was lifted up. On the side was a big sigh that said, blah blah balh company name, blah blah blah, "HORIZONTAL BORING" I got to wondering if that is teh sorta thing you want in front of your house. What if they found nuclear waste under my house. OR a tunnel to a different world, or a native american graveyard, or anything besides mud rocks. The list of things I want below my hose is pretty short. dirtrocksmostly dir Things i think i don't want people doing under my house boringanything.I am afraid to go home now.
